How to: Change the Setup source path.
Solution:
Change the Setup source path using the Registry Editor. Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
CAUTION: This procedure should be performed by an advanced Windows 95 user. Before making any modification to the Registry, be sure to make backup copies of the Registry files System.dat and User.dat. Using the Registry Editor to modify the Registry incorrectly could cause serious problems that may require the reinstallation of Windows 95. For more information about the Registry Editor or the Registry, please refer to the online Help topics.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Run...'. (The 'Run' dialog box appears.)
3) Type the following command in the 'Open' box and press ENTER:

4) Double-click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
5) Double-click SOFTWARE.
6) Double-click 'Microsoft'.
7) Double-click 'Windows'.
8) Double-click 'CurrentVersion'.
9) Click 'Setup'.
10) Select 'SourcePath' from the right-hand side of the 'Registry Editor' window.
11) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Modify'. (The 'Edit String' dialog box appears.)
12) Type the correct path in the 'Value data' box.

13) Click 'OK'.
14) Select the 'Registry' menu and select 'Exit'.
15) Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
Shut down and reboot
